Demoted to 2 stars following an unnecessary delay in the delivery of a basic essential service part, causing me to have to make a second trip the following day to collect my car. It would have been 1 star had the Service Manager, Adam, not assisted me personally. The matter could have been avoided with better internal communication.

A recent tyre change has brought to light a number of other issues around quality of work, openness around pricing, and honesty about what they can't do which means you have to take your car elsewhere anyway to rectify.
William BurfieldBeen using this garage for sometime and in the last couple of years I've noticed a steady increase of incompetence. I ordered some tyres via ASDA tyres to be fitted at this shop. The website offered me (back when it was ordered) next day fitting for approximately 1pm which was great. However the following morning we recieved a call saying they couldn't accommodate our request until the following week. Having never had this issue with other garages I can only assume someone didn't update the system. It's been a regular occurrence with this garage for months. I agreed to go back Monday 28th at 11:30 however due to issues beyind my control I was late. I did attempt to call the garage multiple times to let them know I would be running late and to let me know what to do. But nobody answered. I tried calling for about 10 minutes. I arrive and was told that due to being late they couldn't accommodate me that day. Despite having been told to wait 4-5 days for them already. They just blamed being short staffed but truth be told the garage didn't exactly look busy. Regardless I've told them to forget it and cancelled the order. I went to National in the end and got same day tyres with much better service. Suffice to say I won't be going back. Completely wasted my time.
