This is one of our favorite Chuck’s locations. It is the perfect gathering place for family and friends and love how spacious the restaurant is. We especially love it during sporting events as they play multiple games at once and have draft specials on game days. Their menu has a great selection and the provide are very fair for the portion sizing that you receive.

We enjoyed a meal at this roadhouse in the Heartland area of Mississauga. Ambience is casual with a couple of big screens to catch the game, lots of tables and a patio if you prefer to eat outside. The food portions are hearty at good prices and they offer a nice selection of beers and fun summer drinks. Service was fast and friendly. Lots of parking. Our food was- fried pickles starter, and entrees- cheeseburger, fish and chips, t-bone steak, and surf and turf. All tasted good and well timed to come out together. A suggestion for the menu would be a few more sides to choose from that didn't cost extra. We shared the Klondike crumble and butter toffee bread pudding desserts and both were good. Overall would recommend Chuck's!

​I visited on Jan 22 at 10 PM because of TikTok, but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. ​The Safety Hazard: The front entrance was soaking wet with no rugs or anti slip. I fell face-down the moment I walked in. The host saw it happen and didn't even apologize; she just said, "Yeah, it happens," and brushed it off. ​The Food & Management: The appetizers were burnt, but the steak was the real disaster. I ordered a medium Porterhouse: ​First attempt: Arrived well-done. The manager came over, saw it was overcooked, and took it back without a single word of apology. ​Second attempt: It was "blue raw." My partner confirmed it was basically uncooked. My server was apologetic, but when she went to speak to the manager, he refused to come to our table. He stayed away and didn't apologize for the raw meat or the fall I took earlier. ​Third attempt: After asking to have it removed from the bill, they brought it out a third time, burnt and well-done again even burn on the top. ​The Bill: Despite the fall, the terrible service, and the inedible steak, they still tried to charge us for it. Our table server was the only nice part of the night, but the management is completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Elisa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect and checked in at just the right times without ever feeling rushed. Her positive attitude and great energy truly made our experience better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Because of Elisa, our visit was enjoyable, smooth, and memorable at chucks roadhouse. She is easily one of the best servers I’ve had anywhere — give this girl a raise! We will definitely be coming back and hoping to be served by Elisa again.
