I had a signature-required shipment worth $1,800 redirected here after a missed delivery. When my wife (the consignee) and I went to collect it with the original pickup card still in hand, we were told it had already been released to “someone else.” Purolator’s own tracing team later admitted in writing that a “valid ID was used, but not the correct name at the time of pickup.” How is it acceptable to hand over a signature-required package to someone whose ID doesn’t even match the name on the parcel? This is beyond unprofessional – it’s negligence. Staff on site (Kristen, Lead Hand) promised that a manager named Marcel would respond within 24 hours. No one ever contacted us. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. This location clearly does not follow Purolator’s own security protocols. If you value your shipments or your identity, avoid this branch at all costs. I have filed a police report and escalated the matter to Costco and Purolator corporate. Summary: They gave away my high-value package to a stranger, admitted the ID didn’t match, and then ignored me. Completely unacceptable.

I was tracking my package and up until 6pm it showed out for delivery then the status changed to “Delayed due to road/highway closure”. I checked traffic apps, drove the area and called police to trying to confirm the closure and determine if it was just a delay or would not be delivered. No road closures discovered only short delays due to road construction. If you’re not going to deliver at least be truthful on the website instead of making people wait almost 1.5 hours for someone to speak to live and to tell it won’t be delivered. Had the tracking on the site been accurate I would have time to figure a solution for that package I needed. For the amount people are charged for shipments you’d hope they’d have enough integrity to at least be truthful.

I had to make a trip to Purolator in Pickering for the purpose of picking up a package. According to the notice I received, the delivery driver had supposedly knocked on my door. However, I'm unsure as to how we could have missed the knock, given the two of us were home, and we even have two large dogs that are quick to bark at any knock on the door. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the journey to collect the package, which was a little inconvenient. Upon arrival, I found only one person ahead of me in line. Fortunately, the staff efficiently handled the transaction process. The parking area was notably congested, likely due to the fact that everyone seemed to have followed the notice's instructions to arrive around 6 pm.

I missed a package delivery while I was out of the country, and a note was left indicating it would be returned if not collected by a certain date. Cela was incredibly helpful in assisting me to retrieve the package before it was sent back. I highly recommend the support I received
