My service writer was excellent 🤙 I came in for a recall on my new 2024 Chevrolet Silverado truck.But I would suggest when you get your vehicle. Walk around it and look it over. This is what happened to my truck. The technician Had the opportunity to let the service know that he damaged the vehicle, but he chose not to and took a 50-50 chance that I would not notice. instantly, I saw the damage on the drivers rear fender. Informed the service manager. She did have the detail gentleman clean the truck then we noticed more damage not just a rub of the paint. I believe the worst part will be win. They fix it. The paint won’t match up to the truck itself. With a brand new truck I’m sick to my stomach. It only has 6000 miles on it and it’s paid for.The Big part is it’s my wife’s truck. Her baby. This truck was a gift to her because she’s never really had a brand new truck. Like I said, the biggest complaint I had was she go in with a brand new truck and you come out with a Dented truck. They definitely need cameras in the shop area for that reason. And they need to walk around the vehicle with the customer and look it over to make sure there is no physical damage to the vehicle.. That will definitely save a lot of issues he said, or she said. well, I would like to update you on a few things of my last post. The general manager of Kendall GMC made it right. They got my truck in. They made sure the fender was completely fixed. It took a little bit, but they took care of everything. You will see the before and then the after photos that I’ve posted.very happy. I gave it a one star. Because what happened to my Vehicle from the service tech technician. I will definitely give a five star for the GM that made sure I was taken care of personally. He made it right.👍

Great customer service and wait time was reasonable as well. However, I'm not sure why I am being charged for washer fluid refill again. This is the second time in a row that I was charged when the reservoir was full upon checking in for service.
