Wonderful place to receive physical therapy. Everyone who works there is kind, professional, funny, and helpful. I saw Nikki, and Jenna the most, and they were so supportive and knowledgeable on how to help heal the arthritis in my knees better so I could walk my three miles a day again. I highly recommend them.

Started coming here 3 weeks ago. Since day 1, Alyssa and Rob have been fantastic with the PT and Lisa and Zack, on the day to day operations side, have been equally fantastic. All super knowledgeable, caring and down to earth. The best!

I arrived today August 15th 2025 at Baystate PT in Shrewsbury for an FCE evaluation. I had called the day before and asked the receptionist how long the FCE evaluation would take and she stated about an hour. I arrived on time and was handed pages of paper work to fill out which I completed. I waiting to be called by the pyhsical therapist only to be told they dont do FCE evaluations there. Upon leaving the ding bat receptionist said " it didn't work out"? It must of been the receptionist I spoke with when i asked if they did FCE evaluations and how long would it take to complete. The PT staff that called me in was extremely nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

Started PT in April for rotator cuff and bicep tendinopathy surgery. Staff (Alyssa & Jenna) were very knowledgeable and had a recovery plan that enabled me to recover quicker than expected. Highly recommend Shrewsbury location, as all staff was friendly and accommodating . Thank you to all the staff in Shrewsbury.
