Great service at monarch and excellent staff. The new management is awesome. Highly recommend this practice. I went to another clinic recently and did not like their service. Monarch Dentistry has changed my experience with the dentist. They are very good with the kids too.

I recently visited Monarch Dental in Hamilton, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service, especially from Nour, the dental hygienist. Nour was fantastic! She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor were outstanding, and she explained everything clearly, answering all my questions with patience. The entire experience was positive, thanks to her excellent care. I highly recommend visiting monarch dental hamilton.

I went in again today get a wisdom tooth pulled out and I had Dr.Sara and Tara. They worked as a real team. Both were constantly checking in to assure I was feeling comfortable and not in pain. They let me take as many breaks as I needed and went at my pace. This tooth was a lot more difficult then the others and they remained cool, calm and collected. If you've got this team you're in perfect hands. As well Rafal my dental hygienist has made my experience amazing. I was very nervous and hesitant to go back to a dentist after a bad experience as a child. She has been nothing but patient ,kind, attentive,and understanding of my needs. She has given my teeth great care. I 100% would recommend and I will be returning here as long as she is here!

Every time I come in, Nour makes it such a smooth and easy experience. She’s gentle, caring, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. She makes appointments something I don’t dread anymore. On top of that, Tagreed is an awesome manager, she’s always professional and friendly and keeps the office running so well. The whole atmosphere here is thanks to them, and it really shows.
