Been here for 24 hours straight in the ER in Hypertension crisis!!! No urgency to help me. Also, it’s not clean at all. Leaking sinks, bathrooms dirty toilet paper on the floors. I finally get to a room. Bathroom sink leaking and toilet and shower dirty, pubic hairs just disgusting . The baseboards paint chipping and dirty. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Hospital!!

My doctor is a great doctor. He cares about what goes on with his patience. He look at every prospect we was going on with you. He cares and that’s what I’m looking for in my doctor. He let you know if something going wrong. Let you know to take all your medication’s. If you have to let you know how to eat well exercise and take care of yourself by me one of his patients being a diabetic and having an asthma and hyper potential which is high blood pressure, he helped me lower my high blood pressure over the years that he been my doctor Taught me how to maintain my diabetes and his staff, which is his nurse assistance. She’s great Accurate do everything on time Meka calls

The visit was good. It's what happened before I got there that I was disturbed about. About 1:45 pm yesterday I received a call from one of your reps to asked if I was still coming to the appointment? I said yes but it's not til 3. She said No it's at 2. I said No it's at 3. One of the other reps from before & the hospital's very own text message said 3 but it was in the system as 2pm. Please get your schedules & times together & don't make the patient have to suffer the unprofessionalism of your reps attitude.

From front to back staff, everyone was great. To begin they work as a team making sure that rooms are prepped for the procedure and the patient is comfortable. Upon entering the room introducing themselves and what's their role in the procedure. A very professional staff. I work in the health care field and I haven't seen this kind of teamwork in a long time.

Mount Sinai Hospital is a general hospital.
