One thing I really appreciated was how appointments always started on time, no long waiting, which made the whole experience even more stress-free. Donna and her team run a very efficient and well-organized clinic. Her hands-on techniques, combined with targeted exercises and helpful advice, led to steady improvement in my pain and mobility. The supportive atmosphere created by Donna and the entire Physiocare team made every session a positive experience. Thanks to her, I’m now on the road to full recovery. The whole facility is exceptional. The receptionist ,Dani, is amazing, patient and friendly. She is fast and efficient, especially when dealing with difficult insurance companies! The physiotherapists are so kind and amazing at what they do. Everyone who works there genuinely cares about the well being of their patients and they are willing to give patients a very flexible schedule to ensure their needs are met! A special thanks to Avneet and Prabhleen for helping me with my posture and recurring back and neck pain. They are very helpful and I definitely recommend them to others experiencing similar issues!

I was lucky enough to see HarshitKumar Patel after injuring my knee in a fall. New to the location but not to the practice. Very competent. They were verry thorough, communicative and intuitive to the intracacies in and steps to addressing my injury. I came in within 24 hrs of the incident and they were aware of the accutnes of my injury and took their time and didn't over do anything. So now today, inside the first 48 hrs I'm not in any extra discomfort because of that. The other clinicians that helped with the 'mechanics' of the rest of my treatment were also very professional. I look forward to working with the team along my recovery.
