We had a good experience! The stay was comfortable. The room had all essentials- (even though the microwave was not in the rooms, they have kept one common in the hallway area- since our rooms were next to the microwave, it was pretty convenient). Rooms were clean and had efficient Heat/ AC systems. Parking is ample, and the location is perfect - close to Tim Hortons/ grocery stores/ gas station- and a 20-min drive to main town and Montmorency. No complaints!

The hotel is well maintained, even during renovations. The hotel guest services and housekeeping were excellent. Our room on the sixth floor, was clean and comfortable with a mini fridge. The shower head was lovely. :) There didn't seem to be a fan in the bathroom, but I gave up after trying to find the switch after a couple of minutes. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The television actually had channels we could watch. The wifi was stable. The pool was closed for renovations. We enjoyed our short stay, however there is some room for improvement for patrons: tea packets and a microwave in the room, as well as complimentary or continental breakfast. We didn't have the opportunity to visit the restaurant on-site, because it was closing the evening we arrived, and we left before it opened at 07h00.

We had an excellent stay at this property. We booked the city-view rooms, and the windows offered beautiful views of both the city and the mountains. The staff was friendly and could speak English. If travelling with a dog, The hotel charges $25 per day for dogs, which we found reasonable. As per their pet policy, dogs cannot be left unattended in the room. There’s plenty of space around the property for daily walks and runs for your dogs, which was a big plus. Housekeeping was consistent—we always returned to a clean bed and bathroom. Overall, a great experience!

Good value for money we paid for our stay. Clean room with good quality mattress and pillows. Room had coffee maker along with mini fridge. Hotel and rooms are recently renovated. Location of the hotel was awesome as other needed things like Gas, MacDonald and Restaurant were near by. Hotel provided free parking with ample of space and no concerns of security. Overall nice hotel with good accessibility. Breakfast is payable.
