Motel 6 New Orleans, LA - Near Downtown

I hate booking a place when I don't know an area but I had to. This was near where I had to go and the price was great. I asked to see the room before taking the reservation. WOW. So much more than expected. Yes. The rooms were quite soundproof from the highway noise. But it had a full mini kitchen with a 4 burner stove, full refrigerator, microwave and dining room table. And as a bonus, Walmart was 3 blocks away. The bed was so comfortable. The desk was very useful for me and the chair was brand new with the tag still on it. I will be going back to this area several times a year and I will always stay here!

Well me and my husband have been trying to rent for like a month. had the money in our hands . They kept saying oh the floors are not finished and then it was the toilets and then they stopped answering completely. We just tried to get a room no kitchen one bed this morning once again had the money in our hands. The man kept looking at my dog in the car that is going to stay with a friend until we can get a pet friendly place and mind you there is hardly any cars in the parking lot, lying and saying they was all booked wouldn't even tell us when there would be a room available!! When we just wanted to stay for a few months to be close to our jobs and get on our feet and now we stuck paying double the amount somewhere else! Really pisses me off if I could give zero stars I would these people are full of it. Do not go here!!

Place is extremely classy and managers are fast professional and kind customer satisfaction is there number 1 goal there clean and close to Walmart. Even right down the road from fast food restaurants. They have refrigerator and full kitchenette in almost all of the rooms. Anything you need just let them know and they will do their best to make sure you are satisfied. They are one of the lowest renting rooms and very satisfaction.
