The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Staff was super amazing and friendly. The area was clean and quite. Easy access to transportation and shopping. Close to the highway which made for easy travel to downtown Chicago.

I booked because I had to sleep near the airport all of a sudden, but if I thought carefully, I would never have booked it. Worst condition I can't be satisfied with anything but a friendly staff smile... The room is full of dust, the air conditioner is too loud, and my cough and throat hurt every time I operate. I didn't expect cleaning at a cheap price. However, they don't change the towels, so I have to ask for them one by one. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I don't have any plans to visit again.

I checked in for 6 nights at this place and checked out after 10 minutes. Do NOT believe the lies and photos on Booking.com as they are completely misleading. First of all, the staff speaks virtually NO English. The room was ok although it was (or is) a sex motel. There is NO wifi on the property, not even in the lobby (not really a lobby, just a small vestibule). The gal at the front desk said that the wifi rarely works, if ever. There is no housekeeping. The guy told me that you have to take out your own trash. Not a problem. There is a phone in the room but is not connected. The non-smoking room REEKED of cigarette smoke. In short, the place is a dump and the staff is neither courteous nor helpful in any way. I am now battling it out with my credit card provider to get a refund tince booking.com threw me to the wolves. They are worthless as a booking agent. Stay there at your own peril. On the positive side, there was a fridge in the room and the a/c was working. The ONLY reason I stayed there was to be near the Holy Family Hospital. Caveat emptor.

First shift manager/ owner is an outrageous individual. She cancelled our second night and threw us out for literally no reason. We were quiet, had made no trouble, nothing! My only guess is she was discriminating against us for being a gay couple. We are bringing a case against them for discrimination. She was mean, thoughtless, called us names. Outrageous behavior. Not only that but the rooms are a mess, broken down, and full of bugs. I would steer clear of this place although it’ll likely get shut down soon.
