We first went into York and Young around Christmas time to get a few ideas for our upcoming full bathroom renovation. After leaving we were in no doubts we wanted to use them to supply all of our fixtures and fittings. Everyone we dealt with from the shop were incredibly helpful and efficient and I couldn't recommend them more. I highly recommend this store for DIY plumbing equipment. Called in this morning to get a new syphon set for my toilet. The guy behind the counter was incredibly helpful and certainly knew his stuff. He even went out of his way to bend me a new metal hook for the siphon plunger because the one in the set was too big to stop it breaking again. Very friendly guy and I've not come across customer service this good in a loooong time. I'll deffo be returning in the future. 🙌🏻🔥
