Within 48 hours I had an appointment with Curtis Brantley, Jr. He was prompt, courteous, professional, efficient. There are not enough words to describe him. They went over our system and immediately found the problem which they quickly fixed. Then they went over the whole system to make sure everything was in working order. Curtis was very knowledgeable about the system and left me with tips on how to keep it in good working order. He also left me with his card to contact him directly if I had any questions. He left me feeling completely confident it will continue to run smoothly. The bottom line is....please get a mosquitonix and get Curtis to help you with it! Seriously, to people considering this system. It is amazing. We have a very large, damp backyard with a pool. It keeps the mosquitoes away. We also have 2 dogs and spend a lot of time outside with them. I never worry about the chemicals spraying and really barely notice if you happen to be outside when it sprays. It's so much nastier to have to spray junk all over you and you can't spray anything on the dogs. It is just so simple to fill up the tank and turn it on. And you have a remote you can press to have it spray instantly if you feel like it needs it.
