I love my hairdresser Caroline so much & Julie is as amazing🫶🏽 Caroline did a stunning job with my face framing highlights last time! They are really busy so it might be better if you take the number of your personal stylist to book appointments instead of calling the salon and guessing when she will be available to answer😆. I trust them more than anyone! They care deeply about the health of your hair and they have a joyful and welcoming energy. Prices are much better than in a bigger city as well!

Wow! I got an answer over night! Let me start since the beginning... I called 10 days ago to get an appointment. I get it , it was busy, got the voice mail and left a message. Later I tried again, and this time was a person answering, saying it's busy, and if I left my coordinates, they will call. And here I am 10 days later, no phone call, but over a 1 star review with no bad comment, nothing, I get an answer over night!!!! And what an answer! Guess not so busy after all! And taking appointments that is part of a service, bad service, but still a service! And , I don't know other people, but it's rarely that I will return to a place that gave a bad service, certainly I will not start a journey at a new place with such a bad start! Hopefully, you'll change for the better! Cheers! P. S. And there is no need to be disrespectful towards your peers working at smart style. Your attitude says much more than my 1 star! And by the way I gave a 5 star also to Maxwell salon & spa, just saying... If only I could have had 5 min of your attention when I called... And seeing all the energy that you put to answer me back and forth... wouldn't it have been wiser to act differently? Is it smart to go back and forth with every unhappy customer? You could spend all this energy on something more positif and constructif... CHEERS! "Unfair", "harmful", "derogatory comments", " this type of behaviour"...I didn't ask any of it! Do I have to remind you how it all started? I gave you 1 star, with no comment whatsoever. And then you started with your comments, making hasty conclusions and stereotyping my own reviews, therefore the comment about Smart Style, which you removed afterwards and changed parts of you reply. That's not professional from you. A critique can make you grow, but not in this case obviously. You could have simply asked why 1 star? When you speak about missed opportunity, that was one missed! You had it. But you preferred a different approach: aggressive and defensive. You're no victim. I gave 1 star, yes, but if you know your value, if your clients appreciate you, then you shouldn't be worried, your skills should speak for themselves . This is not an arena to fight. You have a business and I gave a rating. That's it and that's all. And please look up on internet how a business should answer to a 1 star review and you will see that you did all wrong, not me, YOU!

I gave Julie a challenge when I arrived a little more than a year ago. I had a really horrible cut from another salon… Julie worked my hair over 12 months and now I LOVE it!! Do not hesitate to make an appointment!! You will not be disappointed!
