I emailed the business as I needed the order sooner than i expected, luckily they offer skip the queue service! Craig emailed me back straightaway and sorted within an hour, my order was shipped the same day and I got it the next day. They arrived well packed and they left me a snack! Amazing communication and service, door handles qualities are great, and I love how they offered the pack choice so everything is matching, saved me so much work! I was doing a lot of researches as I want to get the pack of handles and hinges etc, but all the business out there has bad reviews on different services, glad I found More 4 Doors that have good reviews and good communication!

Great service. Needed my door handles to be delivered ahead of the scheduled delivery date so contacted Customer Services to see if they could do a next day delivery. More 4 Doors dealt with my request quickly and I got the handles the next day! I was really delighted. Craig was very helpful and polite and I was very pleased with the product and the service. Although their products maybe satisfactorily their customer service skills are poor! Placed a repeat order, waited 5 days or so with nothing in the post box! Trying to ring is impossible, using the live chat didn’t work and you can’t even see what you type if using a smart phone! Emailed them and no reply! Eventually after 14 days they replied and blamed Royal Mail. That’s fine and understandable and they sent new goods overnight via an alternative carrier! But, too little too late! You need to improve after sales or customer service massively as that is very poor. If you were on the ball, you’d have realised a customer hadn’t received their goods!
