Husband and I have been in our current house with current sofa/couch for 5 years and are about ready for an upgrade to a reclining sectional. This was our first time here, having seen the outside during previous IKEA runs, and first time even looking at/sitting in sectionals. Amber was the perfect amount of helpful without being pushy. She was able to guide us towards what we were initially looking for and my husband and I were able to start narrowing down what we liked and didn’t like. While we weren’t ready to make a decision and buy today, we’re looking forward to coming back.
