I met Laura Mazier this year 2025 through word-of-mouth because my husband had seen her first. She had obviously already made my husband‘s orthotics and I followed soon after!! When I first met Laura, my impression at the initial consult was that of a very kind, soft-spoken, friendly, professional with great humour. My husband was right in his recommendation as she definitely took a great deal of time to complete the initial consult with the most attention to detail when preparing my orthotics. Few weeks later, the results are amazing, which is the best word at the moment:) I can say with 100% certainty that I have walked with my new orthotics, weight trained with them and today, I ran a little over 5K & found them super comfortable and I feel amazing!! So thank you so much Laura for enhancing my fitness level and goals. As a regular runner, it is super important to not only have the proper shoes, but the proper support as well which makes the experience that much more enjoyable and fulfilling. She also took the time to look at the collection of shoes I brought to the first appointment and what I used them for. So, if you are looking for a renewal in custom orthotics or need them for the first time, this is definitely a great place to go to. I know they also have two locations, their hours are great and most importantly, if you get a chance to meet Laura, you will definitely be satisfied with her expertise and will benefit from the opportunity to work with her and be on your way to an overall improvement whether you are a fitness enthusiast or looking to better support your daily activities :) With gratitude for a great, fun & comfortable experience, Claudia R. I truly cannot recommend this establishment highly enough <3 Being my first time seeking treatment at a physiotherapy clinic without a doctor's referral, it was intimidating. But, from the moment I walked in - and since - the entire staff has been nothing but exceptional; professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable. It goes without saying that the extended hours they offer are a huge plus. The clinic is on a popular bus route, otherwise there is (free!) parking. The interior is clean and organized. I personally rarely have time to be seated in the waiting room. More importantly though, are the less obvious things that make this place particularly special. How the staff treats each other and their clients with warmth and respect. How they shift seamlessly between languages, or how they intuitively adjust to ensure older and younger clients feel at ease and can actively participate in their treatment. I generally am helped by the same practitioners during my sessions, but trust that I would receive the same high level of service irrespective of whom I saw. And finally, the integrity behind their approach to treatment is second-to-none. This is not a place that will attempt to keep you coming back for any more time or treatment than is necessary. No gimmicks, no fads, no sales pitches. This review would not be complete without a special kudos to Mina - who clearly has a gift for knowing how to find, hire, and develop these right-fit, talented people! -k.

I have been seeing footcare nurse, Terry Beriault at Expert Physio for a few visits & really appreciate her help in getting my feet back in shape, also after ingrown nail surgery. It will take awhile, nevertheless I have relief after each visit. Her tips & training are very good at resolving the foot issue I'm experiencing. I don't feel embarrassed and Terry takes time to make your feet feel their best.

Mina and the team are excellent at what they do, empathetic to your needs, and provide an effective solution to your challenges. Thank you to the staff for getting me up and healing. Vanessa is so kind and is amazing at what she does. I wasn't confident I would ever feel better again, but the team has me recovering. Thank you!
