I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fay during my whitening appointment. She was very patient in explaining the entire process, took the time to address all of my concerns, and demonstrated great knowledge throughout. She also has such a sweet and bubbly personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and polite, which added to the positive experience. The other dentist who performed my exam and polishing was also very helpful and professional. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic!

I had an emergency and called Guelph Royal Dental Centre. Patricia was very helpful and friendly. She put me on hold to check if a doctor was able to see me right away, she sent me a link to fill up a form while my husband drove me to the centre. I had half an hour to arrive and made it on time. They did a great job making me feel welcomed, took some X-rays, checked everything. I am very thankful for all the attention, awesome doctor and reasonable price (taking in consideration from the time I called and the time I left the clinic). 100% recommendable.

Always a great experience coming here. I've been with Guelph Royal Dental since I was young and they've always treated me amazingly. Everyone's super nice and friendly, and always takes the time to to inform me of my dental state and any concerns that they may have. They're very professional and informative, and patient. I feel like I'm well taken care of here. Thanks! Would highly recommend.

Not a pleasant experience whatsoever. They advised both myself and my wife that we would need to come in for cleanings every THREE months to identify problem areas, even though in previous appointments they said that I had zero cavities and everything looked good with my teeth. If I could give them 1/4 of a star, I would. They also tried to milk every bit of my benefits plan for both myself and my wife, which was also not appreciated. They also advised us recently that my wife owed $600.00, and we looked at my benefits coverage and there was still plenty of room to charge my benefits plan, and yet they still insisted on us paying the $600.00 out of pocket. We then insisted on them running it again, and after several attempts, they finally got it sent through for my benefits plan to pay the cost of $600.00. I highly discourage anybody thinking of using this dental service to reconsider and go with another dentist.
