Absolutely fantastic service and level of quality. I entered the shop expecting to be turned down again and told that they wouldn’t be able to repair the lace hooks on my boots as I had been told by many other shops. The two gentlemen working in there were very confident that they could repair them and were very helpful even working within a time constraint for me. The quality of the repair is absolutely excellent and the pricing was very fair. I will not be taking my shoes anywhere else! Highly recommend them.
