Punctual, always kept us informed, hard working, cleaned up after themselves, arranged everything related to the install. A big job to our house was made largely painful. Recommended.

Terrible communication and dishonest. Believe its acceptable to tell you 2 hours after they were due that they wouldn't be coming, require chasing multiple times, and try and invoice you for double the agreed amount after digitally accepting a quote. Avoid at all costs.

These are the kind of people who turn right out of McDonalds in Saltash when using their phone at the wheel. (Reported to operation SNAP - 6 points and a fine pending for B12WAV) Would never use these guys again - if they can't follow the rules I'm not sure they can be trusted to work in peoples homes

After spending Xmas and New Year with no heating and having no response from a firm nominated by our insurance company, we phoned Moorland. Brendan arrived in less than an hour on Thursday and our new boiler, with a 10 year guarantee, was fitted on Sunday by Lee and apprentice Olly who worked so hard all day. Excellent service, cannot thank Moorland enough. Would highly recommend this company.It is good see apprentices too.Steve was most helpful and set our programmer for us.
