Stayed here to have my deposit taken over an overzealous front desk agent! Needless to say my bank was disgusted and got it back. They said they found cigarettes (I don’t smoke) no photos of me doing anything of that nature what so ever. The front desk again demanded i pay with credit card over cash i guess to take it for herself under false pretenses at the cost of the guests money, as she attempted. Please don’t stay here!!!!! They will do anything to pocket your deposit of they don’t like your questions or if you ask for to many towels!!!! Please stay away from this place if you care anything about your hard earned money! Completely insane this business wont last doing things like this as a lawsuit is definitely in their near future.

Absolutely disgusting! Paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night because of how horrible it was. Hotel also refuses to give us a refund for the second night. Ill post pictures of the rooms but it was so much worse in person. Toilet in one of the rooms leaked water everywhere every time we flushed, shower curtain wouldn't stay closed so the floor was soaked by the time you finished showering, the bottom of the tub was a weird shape...almost no flat surface but thankfully there was a nasty bar attached to the wall because it saved me from falling in the shower twice, the carpet was coming apart and we kept stepping on the nails, the ac didn't work right in the other room causing it to be so humid that the carpet felt damp when you walked on it, room also stunk of mold and mildew, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, hairdryer didn't work, the vending machines either didn't work or had very little options, the fitness room was out of order, and the free breakfast was an absolute joke. They have signs saying you aren't allowed to take food out of the dinning room but there was absolutely no ac in the room. It was so hot that the icing on a couple donuts was literally melting off of it. There was almost nothing to choose from either. Some cereal, a couple melting donuts, a bagel or two, and a gallon of milk sitting in a small fridge on the counter. When we checked out we were told we would receive a refund for the second night but when I called them a few days later they refused to issue a refund.

Avoid this place at all costs. I booked a room with this extremely nasty hotel and there were ants in the bed. I was so skeptical when I first arrived that I told the lady at the front desk that I wanted to see the room first before I did a complete check in because there was an awful smell coming from behind the front desk. The managers wife held my ID and proceeded to give me the key to the room. My family and I went into the room and the smell was gut wrenching. I pulled back the covers on the bed because the sheets did not look clean at all and that is where I found a dead ant underneath the sheets. I couldn’t believe that this place is still in business. On top of this horrible experience they refused to give me a refund for that day, so I got a partial refund. How is this even legal. This place will rip you off and the managers wife is very rude and she is a liar. Do yourself a favor and don’t book at this hotel. Run like the wind because you will have a horrible experience with this place.

Hotel is nasty and dirty ! Blood stains on the chairs that you supposed to sit on by the pool. I had stain on the corner tops in my room. Slept on the bed and woke up bit up and scratching. The tub had all kinds of rust on it and around it. The air conditioner was not cleaned it had all kind of crumbs and dust on it. The tv had cracks in it. It’s a family operated company and they are beyond RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If you utilize the pool and their kids are in it just get out. Their kids will try to bully your kids out of their pool toys, And if you don’t allow their kids to play with your kids toys they will threaten to put you out. DO NOT STAY HERE.
