I own a rental property in Miami, FL and my tenant informed me that she had found possums twice inside the house. I immediately contacted a company to come do an inspection. They came, talked to my tenant and left without inspecting the area. A couple of hours later, they sent me a proposal for almost $1,000 to get rid of a problem, which they had not properly assessed. Subsequently, I contacted another company I found online. This company had two scheduled dates to go inspect the property and they did not show up either time. However, I am thankful to them because they referred me to Mondragon Pest Control. Finally, I found a company that kept their scheduled appointment and did a thorough inspection of the entire area after speaking to my tenant and finding out more information about the reason for the inspection. Afterwards, they sent me a written report, which was thorough and detailed. They did not find any reason to take any further action and the inspection was free. This is a clear indication of honesty and excellent work ethics. I am impressed by this company's customer service and integrity. I intend to hire them again if I need pest control services in the future.
