Customer experiences
Shopped in store. Was approached by employee and told there was a “bag policy” so they took my purse to the counter. Picked out shoes and went to pay at the counter. The employee handed over the debit/credit machine for me to pay, but had not yet handed back my purse. She stared at me, waiting for me to produce a payment card. I pointed out they had confiscated my purse. The employee rolled their eyes before handing back my bag. Once payment had already been made the employee informed me that since it was a sale item the purchase was final sale. The fact that an item is final sale needs to be clarified before the purchase is finalized. Disappointing shopping experience, especially since the store is locally owned.
Bought a Toyo toolbox from them. When I rec'd the parcel the Toyo product reeked of nasty incense/fragrance smell. It smelled so bad I left the Toyo cardboard outside to air out for a week - It still stinks. Meanwhile the toolbox smells as well...How am I supposed to put my personal items in it? I'm going throw up.
Very nice place to get some fresh kicks and some good clothes. They got good selections of branded clothing to choose from. From Nike to Addidas to even Stussy and Herschel. They have many good shoe selections too that you can't even find from Footlocker or Sport Chek. This is definitely the best go-to place if you're looking for drip. They definitely got the essentials 👌
**Update : To response from the owner ** I find your response disappointing and dismissive. Yes, UPS marked the package as delivered, but that doesn’t change the fact that I never received it. I was home the entire day, no one rang the buzzer or contacted me, and the package was likely left in an unsecured area of a building with thousands of residents — a common target for theft. Instead of offering any real support or taking responsibility, your team simply told me to contact my bank. That’s unacceptable customer service. The fact that there’s a claim in process proves there’s an issue — yet you continue to shift the blame rather than help resolve the situation. I stand by my review. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope future customers are treated with more respect and support than I was. ———————————————————————- “I’m having a terrible experience with this store. I ordered two T-shirts online but never received the package. After contacting the support center, I was told to contact my bank and try to reverse the transaction, as there is nothing they can do if the package wasn’t delivered. There is no help from Momentum at all, and they take no responsibility once the package has been sent.”
