My fiancĆ© and I decided to book a last minute Labor Day couples massage. We had a very relaxing day enjoying the pool and sauna before our massage. The masseuse I had was named Sebastian. He was amazing. The best massage I’ve had all year. I’ve had issues with my shoulder from a previous Injury and you could consider my shoulder stuck or frozen. But today (the day after massage) my body feels incredible. The blood is flowing and my muscles are much more active. I just wanted to say thanks and highly recommend using Sebastian if you need a calm and relaxing experience.

While I appreciated the thoughtful touches—reserved spots in the relaxation room, a tray with snacks, mimosas, and two 15% off vouchers for future services—the massage experience itself was seriously disappointing. My massage ended after just 50 minutes, and I was escorted out without explanation. Since I disconnect from electronics at the spa, I didn’t realize it had been cut short until my husband came out 30 minutes later, having received the full 80 minutes we both booked. They attempted to "make it right" by only charging me for a 50-minute session, but even then, I was charged $10 more than the advertised price. They added a 10% discount which didn't even equal the 15% off return voucher either. I asked my therapist for an overall relaxing massage, but apparently that didn’t include my feet, hands, or arms. For a high-end spa at the Omni, this experience was a letdown. Everyone can have an off day, but I expected more from a luxury spa—especially when it comes to "making it right." Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this spa to others visiting the Nashville area. Do better, Omni.

Ok ? This bothered me. I guess I just had a bad experience. I decided to stop in to just use the sauna and relax for the afternoon and knowing I was going to pay to use the facility I did not expect to be charged $75 for an experience that wasn't so pleasant first off taking a sauna most people drink in my case up to a gallon a day just for a 1-hour sauna there was no water available to me and it was very disappointing that I didn't have fresh water to drink howeverI did get water from the sink and shower šŸ™ƒ on another note the showers only had cold water it did not heat up to even a warm temperature that was also very disappointing cold showers can be good but not so pleasant when you want to worm up before a sauna. Also, the staff probably didn't recognize that there was construction going on? on the floor above the spa because sitting in the sauna, I heard nothing but hammering and banging and construction that left me with an unrelaxing experience. Upon leaving the spa, I waited at the front desk for 9 minutes before I finally just left. Nobody had come up or responded to me being there at the front desk.šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

We recently had the 90 minute couples massage at the Molara. The environment was very relaxing and pleasant. My wife and I have been fortunate to have had massages in the past. The massages Mindy and Carol gave us were one of the best we've had. You could tell they knew what to do and how to do it properly. Nashville is too far for us to visit regularly, but if it was closer, we would be regulars at Molara. Thank you again Mindy and Carol.
