I ordered product and received it on 8th april, did unboxing video, after opening i found the product is having scratches all over bottom sticker is open, its clealy seen in video. I switched on the product and found wifi not working, autofocus not working pendrive not working. So repacked and raised return request with all photos and video. Now every time when i call customer care for ticket status they give 24 to 48hrs thats all. Till today 20th i have been given only 24hr to 48hr but no resolution. As per moglix website return request should be resolved within 7 days but now 12 days passed but they are doing nothing. Customer care is so useless that if i call and ask them about ticket status they are asking me to explain my problems again, then whats the use of raising ticket?Youll have left no other option then filing a consumer complaint. Just to look at videos and photos to see product status you need 12 days? I regret buying from moglix. If my case is not resolved by monday 21st then i will file a case with consumer cell.

The product quality is very poor, completely different from what was advertised. Customer service is unhelpful and unresponsive. Overall experience is extremely disappointing.

Worst experience ever with any online website. No customer response to email and calls. Just waiting till half an hour but they don't pickup call. sbi service is better than this
