I've seen Dr. Perkins for my TMJ issues after a bad flare-up. I was at the point of getting botox to help with the pain as I thought that was my only option. His approach considers the whole picture, and he's quite knowledgeable. My questions and thoughts have never been dismissed, and he's always been happy to further explain things. I've learned so much in the short time we have seen each other and I have tremendous improvement in my TMJ issues. He's always supportive, and I'm happy to have him on my healthcare team.

Dr. Perkins became my guide out of crippling chronic pain. The void. He built trust with me by consistently approaching my pain with patience and curiosity. I would recommend Dr. Perkins as a resource to both MD's looking to understand pain and its complex patterns and to individuals who are suffering chronic pain and have not been understood when they sought treatment. On a more personal level, I appreciate Dr. Perkins humour, honesty, and transparency around how healing works. No magic fix. Actual 'the cure is in the suffering' type work that would be required of me, not him. He backed this up for me with logic, research, and the above mentioned trust. And I am grateful. For reference - I was referred to Dr. Perkins by a dentist in the Belleville area. I have been a client? patient? of his for the past nine months in which we have managed to improve my quality of life and transition away from the needed weekly appointments to monthly ones. Dr. Perkins is always very professional and informative of all treatment plans. He addresses all concerns in a timely manner. He listens intently to how you're feeling and how your injury affects you day to day. He uses the latest methods of chiropractic treatment and acupuncture to suite your particular injury and modifies it to your bodies capabilities. I wouldn't be able to be as active with my toddler today if it weren't for his effective treatment plan. I've gone from scared to move due to the intense pain, to taking on every day challenges with a breeze. I couldn't be more grateful for this path of recovery he has put me on. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr Perkins is a very kind and knowledgable guy!!! I struggle with neck pain and he has been able to get me to where I can manage it a lot better. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and helps me understand all about the treatments. The treatments include chiropractic help and acupuncture, plus he also shows me stretches and exercises to help strengthen my muscles! I have so much faith in him because I know as time goes on he will have me back to where I am no longer struggling with daily pain. I also benefit greatly from seeing him for my all around wellness!!!
