He communicates good and he makes sure he understands your goal with the refinancing. I definitely understand why he is so highly rated on mortgageup and other sites. As an insurance agent I have no issue referring my clients that needs a mortgage to him. We need people like him in our community that gives you the professional experience you expect from a mortgage broker. Also a huge shoutout to his processor that held the same high level and also communicated very well!

Sammy and mike were amazing; we dealt mostly with Sammy and he was so patient even when I had the same question or didn’t understand something. They were available to answer questions even outside of normal business hours as well which was fantastic! They both were great at making sure my husband and I understood everything that was going on step by step and if there was any confusion they were on it!!!!
