I had a fairly complicated surgery and the healing is not going as well as hoped. I got zero support (or information) from my surgeon, and when it came time to start physio, there were ongoing issues and I was anxious and afraid. From my first phone call with Nancy, where I advised I had been non-weight bearing for 19 weeks, I was treated like I mattered. I really wanted to walk again, and she fit me in the very next day for my first appointment with Jake. In that appointment, he listened to me, made a treatment plan, and gave me information (which gave me a purposeful plan). I had been looking for information for a while at that point, and finally got it from Jake. My sessions are with Jessica and with Jake, and they have both been understanding and encouraging every step of the way. I have had massage therapy as well from Kandice that have been good sessions. Their support has been really helpful (physically and mentally) for my reahb, and I am so grateful for their help. The three ladies at the front desk are always very welcoming and efficient as well. I highly recommend Mobility Orthopaedic Rehab Centre.

Went here after hip replacement surgery. Every member of staff i interacted with was amazing. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. They even knew specifics regarding how my surgeon wanted things done. If I ever need physio again, I know where I'm going and I've already recommended this place to friends.

I may be new to this but It has a great facility and most were pretty helpful and friendly but regardless if you fill out forms for what you're covered for they expect you to keep coming back after your benefits run dry and don't tell you that you are almost over your limit. They should be able to determine how many visits you can have before benefits run dry. Really defeats the purpose of filling out forms if they don't tell you til it's time to pay. Always keep track because they don't.

Excellent staff, very professional and the Orthopaedic program was amazing with added education component. Very timely for appointments with encouragement during your healing rehabilitation. I highly recommend this office and staff for any of your rehabilitation needs. They also do massage therapy on site. I am so thankful that my surgeon opened this clinic within the same plaza for xrays, followup appointments and physiotherapy. Way to go Mobility Orthopaedic Rehab Centre👏🎉
