Customer experiences
Mobile Vehicle Mechanics provided excellent cost efficient service after my car broke down. I was able to make an appointment for the very next morning. The arriving mechanic was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. On top of that the owner followed up making sure my car was working properly. I am highly satisfied with the personable and professional service I received and would most definitely recommend calling Mobile Vehicle Mechanics for any of your cars servicing needs. Sincerely one happy customer Katalin
I just want to give a huge shoutout to Mobile Vehicle Mechanics, LLC for coming through for me! I prayed and prayed for someone who would be reasonable, trustworthy, and actually get the job done right—and they delivered. They replaced my valve gasket and had everything done in a timely manner, with great communication throughout the process. It’s so hard to find someone dependable when it comes to car repairs, but I can honestly say I’ve found my go-to. I’ll definitely be using them again for anything else I need. Thank you so much again for your excellent service and for working with me!
I AM SENDING A STRONG WARNING… STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! This is easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Had I read the reviews before I called them , I would not have made the same mistake so many others already had. Clearly, after reading the reviews UNPROFESSIONALISM is common practice for this business (Keith especially). On two separate occasions they were suppose to come to the house and NO SHOW NO CALL. My wife took off work both days waiting for them. I understand things happen but common customer curtesy would at least give a paying customer a call offering an explanation and option to reschedule. When they do come they are always hours late. Keith continues to blame the lack of communication on his “young” driver but you are the supervisor so that responsibility falls directly on him. To make matters worse, they didn’t even fix my vehicle. The tech came and did a diagnosis on my 2007 Crystler town and country van. The main issue was the AC was not working and the engine light was on. The tech said that if we simply replaced the computer that the car would run fine. Long story short, I had the computer removed to get it refurbished by a third party. When the computer came back from repair I called Keith to come out and put the computer back in (Monday ). No one shows or calls. Tuesday I call and they agree to send someone out at 11:00. At 12:00 I call Keith and he says his tech was 10 min away. By 1:00 I call another mechanic to install the computer. He arrived before 2 install the computer and the van is running no better than it was before. All of that for nothing. When the driver finally showed I told him that he assured me the van just needed the computer to be repaired and I would have no issues after it was installed. I explained that the vehicle was still not working and he insisted his diagnosis was accurate. Well why isn’t it working ? The other mechanic said that the computer has nothing to do with the AC and Keith just wasted my time and money. When I tried to contact Keith again he blocked my number. At no time did I ever disrespect him in anyway. Only articulate my displeasure with his unprofessional but this is how these guys do business… STAY AWAY!!!’
I did not do my due diligence, and it cost me. Poor communication, and follow up. Excuses upon excuses. They were nice and apologetic, but the experience was terrible, and seems to still be no accountability. Same as many other reviews. If your technician is Gerald, I would cancel the appointment and ask for someone else, that's if he shows up, or if he still works there. I asked several times to at least get a receipt, over a week has gone by, still nothing. Needless to say, on top of waiting 2 weeks, mainly because of not ordering a part, because Gerald did not say it was needed until he was supposed to fix the vehicle, which was pushed back a week, and I never found out until after calling, the job was not done properly. Even if the warranty would have covered my alternator being replaced, I have no faith in them doing it correctly, or in a timely manner, and can't risk my kids lives, nor mine. Seems like writing a review is a good way to get a response, but I would rather just get my receipt. I had to go somewhere to get the job done that I paid them to do. Wen they diagnosed my vehicle, without me telling them that my alternator was just replaced. they said the wiring was bare, and it is not connected properly. I Took a loss, learned my lesson.
