My mother had been using Chris and his services for many years, to attend doctor's appointments and after surgery driving. With myself and my siblings living outside of Iowa, we relied completely on Chris when mother lived in assisted living. Chris has always been kind, professional and punctual. Chris was a life saver taking mom to appointments and even ensuring I, from so far away could be a part of the visit with additional accurate, detailed information. I had the pleasure of using Mobile Companion Taxis for a ride to Des Moines International Airport which is nearly a two-hour trip from Fairfield. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Chris responded promptly to confirm all the details and made sure everything was accurate ahead of time. He arrived early, which gave me peace of mind, and was patient as I gathered my bags. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, and he even checked to make sure I was happy with the temperature. He also let me know it was perfectly fine to continue eating my breakfast during the ride for I didn’t want to get crumbs on the floor:) Our conversation throughout the trip was not only engaging but truly inspiring. On top of everything, the pricing was very affordable, especially for such a long-distance trip.
