Excellent service and communication. I came in with a broken phone screen on a Samsung A25 and it was fixed a day and a half later (with shipping the part). Quick turn around time for the repair and super kind/informative when explaining the service. I used another repair service for 10 years, but they shut down recently - however I think I just found my new favorite location :)

I went to Tech Smart ro fix a problem with my laptop screen and the back cover. Sandy checked on it quickly, explained the problem, and gave me the price breakdown. He ordered the parts and let me keep the laptop as it was usable. He called me as soon as he got the parts and fixed my laptop immediately after I took it back to him. When he fixed it, he also fixed another minor issue he found at no extra charge. It was a great experience working with him. Highly recommend!

The team was extremely quick and helpful in getting a new screen protector and camera protector installed on my iPhone. They even helped to ensure they were compatible with my slim iPhone case! Would recommend to anyone who is tired of throwing away screen protectors cause you just can’t get rid of the bubbles!

I have had iffy experiences with them in the past, but went back for some reason. This time was the worst. My son had cracked his phone and then gotten it wet. They quoted me $350 to fix the front and back glass which was reasonable. I asked if if would be "like new" after that and they assured me it would be. When we got it back, the camera was messed up and the battery only lasts 30 minutes. They tell me that it's water damage and that's to be expected. I told them that they're the "experts" and they should've mentioned that possibility either before or when it was opened up, instead of telling me it would be "like new". They were rude after we discussed with them and wouldn't even give us a deal if we wanted to put in a new battery with them. They were dishonest with us up front, as we probably wouldn't have paid $350 for a repair that leaves the phone mostly useless. Now we had to pay that AND likely have to pay to replace the entire phone. Don't trust these people.
