AMAZING! Yesterday, my wheel locked while I was driving (turns out my alternator was messed up). This is my first car so I didn’t know where to begin, I started searching and stumbled across Ernesto! He answered me immediately and came by less than 24 hours later! He was here for less than 2 hours, changed my alternator, did the diagnostic report, and even gave me some recommendations! My car is fixed! I am so happy with his service. His prices were good, and his customer service was great as well. I will happily be recommending Ernesto to anyone and everyone! Ernesto was amazing! He drove straight to us and fixed our car in a matter of hours. He went above and beyond from taking the time to explain the problem and show me to driving over 30 mins to get the part needed! The quickest and best service, would highly recommend to anybody, especially if your car can’t be moved! He even kept us updated and sent pictures throughout the whole process.

Ernesto is the real deal! He takes his job seriously and provides thorough, quality inspection in every area, even those you would have never thought of! I was looking to buy a van in FL but I live in IL. I wanted to make sure I was buying a trustworthy vehicle and know I wouldn’t be able to get there to inspect it myself. We hired him to inspect it and make sure it was a trustworthy vehicle/purchase. I’m so grateful he took the time to do a thorough inspection and not only that, he was able to get over the same day! He did a full run down on all systems, hooked up readers and tested everything and more. Let us know what was working well and anything we should be aware of. He also sent over pictures and videos as well as a test drive. He even noticed it was a little low on a couple fluids and had them top it off for us.
