I had an excellent experience with NuBrakes. Communicating with them to book and later change my appointment time was so easy. My technician Derwin was awesome! He arrived when he said he would, and was friendly and extremely professional. He answered all my dumb question with patience, and completed the job quickly. NuBrakes was half the price the of the dealership. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future.

Maui was great to work with! He explained the whole process, pricing, and answered any questions I had. Also, he has a great personality! Definitely was easy to talk to. After figuring out what was right for me, he went and got the parts and completed the job within 20 minutes. After he was done, we took a test drive to break in the new rotors and pads and he explained what he was doing and why. At the end, he explained the warranty and what it covers and what would void it. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish! It was super easy to set up the appointment, straightforward during the appointment, and the results were great! I definitely would recommend them and look forward to using this service again in the future!
