When our destination trailer was flooded by a recent hurricane and declared total loss by our insurance company, Vince came out and diagnosed all the problems specially related to the electrical system. He was able to do all the repairs in a timely manner and got us up and running in like new condition in no time at all. He also did the installation and plumbing of a residential toilet in our unit. Something we had been looking to do for over a year and no one esle wanted to tackle the project. It is very freshing to know you can depend on an RV technician who is extrely knowlegeable, dependable and considerate. I was camping in my travel trailer at the Collier Seminole State Park. When I pulled into my camp site, I realized that my plug for the electric had come out of my vehicle and had been dragging. Half of it had sheared off. I bought a new plug and tried with a friend, for a couple hours to just replace the plug and get my lights back working. No matter what we did. They wouldn’t work correctly. The campground gave me the phone number for Mobile Assurance RV Services and Vince Urban’s name. I called him and he got back with me in a very short period of time. He came out and worked so hard to solve the problem. Turns out the company that made my RV (a 2022 Rove Lite) had incorrectly wired the trailer. Vince worked hard to find the problem and fix it. He explained everything to me along the way. Such a nice fella. I couldn’t be happier with his service!! He was incredibly thorough and made sure the job was done right and safely. I highly recommend this company!

Vince came out to diagnose why my refrigerator wasn't working. After diagnosing the problem it was determined that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. When the new refrigerator came in, Vince returned and replaced the old one with the new refrigerator. There were a few differences between the old and the new but Vince had the expertise to professionally complete the installation. I am very pleased with the job he did.
