Peter GuzNice new car I have rented from this company. That's the happy part. Return was quite difficult since the driver came 30 minutes late not fully acquainted to parking garage area. Recommending to management to improve pickup (perhaps inside the arrival terminal with the name of the customer displayed and courtesy assistance with the baggage). Being late for return of the car at departure unexcusable. Satisfied overall.
YaneckVery nice and pleasant experience. We got our car delivered to the airport as promised. Car return was very smooth and efficient even though we had to return it at 4am. We will definitely be coming back to rent a car from MobiCars when we come to Poland in few months. It was much better experience than the previous rental company we used before. The only thing I wish was different is the fact that we had to return the car washed and vacuumed. This should be something they do as a standard practice after receiving the car.
