SCAM ALERT – Sarch Immigration & Chandraj Dhawan (RCIC Licence R7066862) Chandraj Dhawan is a shameless scammer posing as an immigration consultant. I paid him $10,000 for my PR application, and as soon as he got the money, he blocked me and disappeared. This is not just unethical — it’s illegal. Under Section 380 of the Criminal Code of Canada (Fraud) and Section 406–409 (Forgery and related offences), what he has done qualifies as a criminal act punishable by serious jail time. His actions also violate the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) Section 91, which governs authorized representatives — and I will be submitting a formal complaint to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) to have his RCIC licence revoked. I have already retained a lawyer and will be pursuing both criminal charges and civil damages. Every piece of evidence — contracts, payment receipts, and communication records — is being documented for court. Chandraj Dhawan, your scam will not go unpunished. To anyone reading this: stay far away from this man and Sarch Immigration before you become his next victim.
