I can’t say enough good things about the team at SK physiotherapy! I had an amazing experience with the SK Physiotherapy team. They helped me recover from issues with both my wrist and knees, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about your progress. Every session was well-structured and focused on my goals, and I saw steady improvement throughout. This is an honest and tough review to write. My physiotherapist was great. The receptionist day staff was continually challenging and rude. After discovering my wsib claim had not yet been approved, I proceeded to call to ensure that my file was being submitted. Not sure what the delay was, but they seemed to be concerned that the claim was in process DUE to the failure on their end. They also argued sending my doctors referral for physio to wsib. This referral included the confirmed diagnosis for treatment. They then went on to put my next appointment on hold until the claim was approved. I paid for my prior session via benefits....makes 0 practical sense. While I appreciate the skill level of the therapist, the admin staff are far from efficient, let alone polite. I will not be returning. Awful experience.

Initially I had a rough go with my treatment here, I was not feeling connected with my PT and was experiencing no change in my condition. HOWEVER… after the owner became aware of the situation, she made sure to rectify it herself! I was shocked at how quickly she worked to get me into her already busy schedule to personally take over my care plan. I feel so much better knowing that I have someone so knowledgeable, kind and caring in charge of my treatment plan. Through it all, the staff have remained professional and kind. I am truly grateful to have this situation taken care of the way it has been. You can tell that the owner cares about her clients and her practice and ensures that the other PTs do the same.
