I'm writing this review after being a client of By the Lake for several years. I have receive the very best treatment for all my ailments since being a client. Erin, however has offered me personalized care for injuries that no other health professional has offered. There's many things I would recommend but for this post I do want to point out how significant cupping is for scar tissue. Looking at my knee today 4 out of 5 scars have disappeared after sessions. I don't care about the look of the scars but I do care about the pain and annoyance that comes from scar tissue. Hopefully someone reads this and gets the relief that I have experienced!

I called to book for a prenatal massage and they gave me an appointment same day. Had my 1hr massage session with Brooke, was nice, and relaxing. Sleeping on the pregnancy pillow was beautiful. Booked one more session already. Before COVID I booked for my mother in law full body massage and feet detox massage and she loooved it. Friendly staff as well. Thank you
