This is a well-laid out, clean store with beautifully arranged cabinets containing nicely priced items. The employees were polite and helpful.
Yesterday was the worst shopping at this very loved by me second hand store!!!I am very disappointed with how I was treated by the manager !!! I asked if she can changed the prise of shorts I found bcs the pleats were ripped!!! She grab from me the pants and put on the side without any explanation so I asked her i want to buy them ! I asked her if they can be checked and repriced and she said with angry voice they can't be done today, so I said I am here in Brantford just once a month, she ignored me..so I said to the seller ok I take them as they are !!! Next thing I unpacked my other purchess and found out the sent oil was missing from the box and the price was higher than original from dollar store!! Sending the pics as a proof what I am saying..
Always find some good items here. Convenient location, good prices, clean store. A for sure stop every time I’m in Brantford.
