Customer experiences
The biryani was served slightly cold, with lots of color but lacking the spice level I had specifically requested. It was passable—good enough to meet basic expectations, but nothing beyond that. Unfortunately, the gajar halwa was a complete disappointment. I’m honestly surprised by the high ratings; in my experience, this was just below average Indian food. It’s fine if you’re after a basic meal, but if you’re looking for quality or authentic Indian flavors, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Mirchi Nation- Indian Kitchen is one of my go-to places for having a tasty, authentic Indian cuisine during a tough day at work. I really like the menu where the dishes are mentioned in Desi( Generic Indian language) style. I have been coming here for months now and have brought many of my colleagues here to enjoy it. They liked the food and are super interested in coming back with some gave these tips for improvement. 1. The staff was rude when the amount they received the tip, they were in their 20s who should learn to be more polite and professional. 2. The cleanliness was not up to the mark, they ordered kabab and the plates in which it was served had stain mark( which were old stains that had been there since the last use) 3. The staff again needs to be more polite, he ordered a vegetarian Thali and wanted to have the Chai( Indian Tea) in the end, but they when they sat there for nearly 15 min after paying the bill, they weren't served the tea. I don't know if they forgot to serve him or they did it intentionally as he tipped him decent enough not extravagant. All in all a very good Indian restaurant which needs a lot of improvement to match the standards of hygiene and hospitality.
Had dishes several times there and I loved it each & every time. Must try is Goat Fry Biryani(This is the Superstar of all for me). And do not forget to explore their Buffet. I just Love the way their Buffet Menu is presented each time.
