I walked in told the salesman exactly what I was looking for and how I had gotten a previous car from them. He was understanding and not very pushy which is great bonus points he also interracted with my 3 year old. The process was long and I waa expecting him to show me a spark they had on the lot the car they showed me was a chevy equinox . I was pleased he didn't show me anything I wasn't interested in. I had to trade in my vehicle that I had just paid off. I wasn't happy about that at first, but in the long run I came to the conclusion I didn't want to lose the type of car I had been looking for the last 3 years.

🦁I just want to give a huge shoutout to Miracle Motors for truly living up to their name. Before working with them, I was paying $325 a week for a rental car — which came out to $1300+ a month just to have transportation. That adds up fast, especially when you’re trying to get your life and finances on track. Now, thanks to Miracle Motors, I’m paying $198 every two weeks for my own vehicle. That is a massive difference and honestly a blessing. The process took a little while, but that was on my end, not theirs. I hadn’t been insured in a long time, so getting everything set up took extra steps. But they stayed patient, stayed helpful, and never once made me feel rushed or judged. Their team is truly awesome.Most importantly thanks to Ciara for being an honest saleswoman from point of contact three weeks ago until the end she answered every text with honesty, the last time I had such great service was pre pandemic and I thank Ciara for the service she gave me. What I really love is that they work with you. You just have to choose wisely and look for the vehicle that fits your lifestyle, your budget, and your goals. And if your credit is like mine — around 500 — don’t let that stop you. This process is actually helping me build my credit back up, which is something I really needed. At the end of the day, I had a great experience, and I would recommend Miracle Motors to anybody who’s trying to move forward, rebuild, or just finally get a vehicle without being taken advantage of. They helped me more than they know…..Oh yeah shout out to the manager and rest of the staff that worked with me every single guy there was polite, friendly, cheerful and respectful which is a plus for a dealership and truly awesome atmosphere.

Before coming to Miracle Motors, I had issues with cars and engine issues. Mario was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the warranty and assured me I would not have the same issues as in the past. The entire process was somewhat long but went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

this place is shiesty, Funny Business. All communication was via text. that was the first red flag I didnt pay attention to. secondly the man lied on me, I was very clear that I was traveling and I told him everything up front about my income. I said I will only come if I was approved. needless to say I wasted 40 dollars theres 60 dollars back home and Im coming from schuylkill county btw. He knew I really didnt qualify he gave me false hope a single mom of 3. When I got there now suddenly theres more question more proof of things thats had nothing to do with the application process. I opened up my personal life just to get denied. its the ole bait and switch. Asked him before I came there was the inventory online accurate he says we get so much in all the time it changes every 15 mins, I got there not only is it a small lot but he only had an inventory of 4 vehicle non of which were decent, no Hondas, Toyotas, Acuras, Subarus all JUNK! I knew it was funny business when they had BET playing in the waiting area and 5 small rooms inside of One huge room and that was the entire office on top of the fact that the sales people were mostly New hires.. from the Manager on down no one knows nothing! honestly I think I dodged a bullet. Go else where if you can.
