Customer experiences
All care is truly the worst decision I could’ve made to go to for an anual check up. One year later (05/24/2024) and I am still dealing with a bill they said they would remove since I did not authorize for it during my initial visit. For more than a year I have called several times weekly hoping it will miraculously be resolved. I truly hope no one makes the same mistake I made to go to this clinic. Truly unprofessional and everyone I’ve talked to doesn’t help.
Evelyn, the nurse practitioner, was amazing — so thorough and kind. She even stayed a little late to make sure all my concerns were addressed and my FMLA paperwork was updated. The young woman at the front desk was also incredibly sweet and patient. I truly appreciate their kindness and support during that time. Thank you both!
I went in for an annual physical, I was billed for the annual physical and also an office visit. Dr. Fernandez was pleasant but the staff was not professional and this excessive billing for 30 minutes of consultation and no actual care is not acceptable. I did not request or receive treatment outside the standard scope of my annual physical. If a secondary diagnosis was noted, it was likely discussed in the normal course of the preventive visit and should not result in additional billing. Per my understanding, minor concerns addressed during a physical should not automatically convert the visit into a separately billable office visit. I will not return to this clinic.
I had fever and strong headache since Monday, so after having that every 4 hours I went to Allcare, the staff was nice, polite, however the doctor after seeing flu and covid test negative she asked me what is the highest temperature I have seen so far, I said I don’t know because I don’t have thermometer at home, I am taking Ibuprofen and that helps with fever but the headache doesn’t go away completely, so she check me but not my temperature and said well it looks like your body is fighting a virus so please don’t worry about it until fever persist for 10days, crazy… Then I requested a urine test and she did not look like knowing how to read it, anyways I left there very dissatisfied because it make no sense to me that a fever means nothing. So I went home to rest, that night throwing up I decide to go to a different doctor in Piedmont, guess what, that doctor took again a urine sample and also blood and find out a UTI that is about to go to my kidneys, if I waited 10 days to take care of it then I am not what it would be. I am not going again to Allcare
MinuteClinic at CVS is a walk-in clinic.
