Dentists are ok. The scheduling system is a nightmare. I have a filling falling out and it is painful. They won't schedule me for an urgent appointment until two days from the date. If someone has an urgent need, just get them on the schedule. Also, the least caring office staff you have ever encountered. Truly awful. This place is making my teeth worse.

Love the staff here. I've always been treated very good and they made me feel at ease while they were pulling my teeth! The only thing I don't particularly like is that appointments are usually a month out. Unless you have an emergency like a busted tooth or anything painful. They'll see you right away then, thankfully!

People have given some bad reviews here, but I don't think it's fair or accurate, at least based on my experience today! This is such a valuable community resource! I had an emergency tooth situation that has been so painful and disturbing my daily life. I called yesterday and they were able to schedule me for an urgent appointment that I had this afternoon. I also got lucky that the client that was scheduled after me was a no show, so they were able to perform a procedure on me TODAY. My doctor was Dr. Plum and she was incredible, so kind and explained everything to me thoroughly and explained all my options for saving my tooth. Her assistant was also wonderful, but I didn't catch their name. I did not feel any judgement at all and these people seem to really love what they do and are proud of this facility, and they should be! Thank you SO much for your services today. I'm no longer in maddening pain.

While the dentists themselves have been great when I actually see them in person, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I tried to contact them yesterday because I was getting an MRI done in the evening and I needed to know if a mesh they put in my upper denture two years ago to repair it has metal in it, so I could know if could wear it or not when I went in. I told them in my voicemail to call any time, all day, my appointment is in the evening. I called at 4 am yesterday. They did not call me yesterday or even today, and it is now after hours on a second day, even when the information would now be useless, it would be nice to have gotten a call of recognition that they missed me and apologized. This is irresponsible. Negligent even. update: it's almost a month later, and they have never called me, so thanks for completely ignoring your patient. 🙄
