Posting this here as perhaps this office checks their reviews more often than they check their phone messages. I guess this is the dentist for you if you enjoy ingesting giant chunks of sharp plastic. I had this night guard less than two weeks when I woke up with a sore throat, tiny gritty pieces in my mouth, and one big piece missing from the mouthguard that I must’ve swallowed in my sleep. So far the office has expressed zero care or concern, only stating that they would forward this photo to the lab and get back to me. I’m worried that someone is going to get hurt if my night guard is not the only faulty one. I’m hoping that people who have gotten night guards around the same time as me are being contacted and told not to use them. I’m yet to hear if I will get refunded so I can go get a night guard at another office, and no one has mentioned a replacement. Although I don’t think I would trust getting another one from the same place now. I’m now left with nothing to protect my teeth at night as I threw out my previous night guard (that I had for three years with no cracks or issues). Just my PSA and I hope someone from this office steps up with a little more care and information regarding this issue soon.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Mint Dental Group. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The clinic is modern, clean, and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere — something I really appreciated. Dr. Ghotbi was incredibly gentle, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, not just their teeth. The hygienist was kind and thorough, and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Finding a dental office where you feel safe, respected, and well taken care of is rare — and I’m so glad I found it here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent care with a personal touch!

I moved out here from Nova Scotia and as I was well overdue to see a dentist, I wondered if I was going to find one as good as the one I left behind. It wasn’t long before I found myself quite at ease and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and personable and above all knowledgeable. The hygienist and dentist took the time to explain things and I left with a noticeably better smile. I am very pleased and highly recommend them. Also, because I was covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan, my visit was very affordable.
