Customer experiences
My sessions with Kru Ked have been moments of true discovery, understanding, and acceptance of myself. What I have learned is to recognize and express my feelings, which has helped me realize that I can become the person I wish to be—with love and respect for myself. It has been a meaningful and even joyful process of working with myself, like an achievement in uncovering the complexities of my past that still affect my present, and learning how to align them with what I truly want now. Each practice with Kru Ked begins with pausing—to find calm, to listen, and to sense deeply through the body—until awareness naturally forms into thought and understanding. In those moments, I do not need to think ahead; instead, I trust in her process. And every session becomes something truly special to me.
I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received from Kessuda during a challenging time in my life. Growing up, I believed that I could only succeed if I won, and that if I couldn’t attain a perfect self, I would be a failure. This mindset pushed me to give 150% in everything I did, but I didn’t realize that one day, when life didn’t return what I had invested, the harsh realities hit my ego hard. I struggled to accept these realities, and for the first time in my life, I sought help from Kessuda. Thanks to her compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I was able to navigate my midlife crisis with greater clarity and resilience. The sessions provided me with a safe space to pause, view my life from different perspectives, and cultivate a renewed sense of self-compassion. Over a year, this safe space has allowed me to be comfortable to make mistakes, live with imperfection, and find happiness in the unpredictability of life.
