Our home warranty assigned us to Milton Plumbing. Milton assigned plumber Diesel Dave who was knowledgeable and respected our home. The quote provided was not in our budget, therefore my husband and I decided to take out the home warranty's "cash-out" option and do the work ourselves. I would recommend Dave for he seemed genuine and loyal to his company.

The AC went and I called Milton. Charlie came thru very professional and knowledgeable. Had me up and running quicker then a NY minute. Thanks Charlie! Not to mention, it was after hours and he was made the drive well under 30min.

We called Milton and they came out same day to help us. The plumber was very professional and nice. Gave us options to help us, was very knowledgeable and kept the work area very clean. Would definitely call them back for any other issues.

I called on Sunday and they arranged to come on Monday between 8-12. No one came. I called again at 12:30 then again at 2 PM. Their offices were closed on Monday and they weren’t going to come but offered a discount to come Tuesday. They come Tuesday and after 5 minutes assess the issue and an hour later I get a quote to install the faucet for $800+. I say no and then they don’t honour the discount on the service call.
