I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received here! I came in with my three young kids, and despite the chaos, the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. Not only did they make the experience so much easier for me, but they also went above and beyond to help me save money by suggesting ways to cut costs. My phone was in horrible shape. Both the front and back were broken. The front screen was completely black after dropping it and the back was shattered. I honestly thought it might be beyond repair, but they worked their magic and had it looking brand new in just a few hours. I’m beyond happy with how it turned out! The staff was so friendly and made sure I was well taken care of every step of the way. Also, had great communication. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of phone repair.
