I visited Niagara Falls this weekend for Mother’s Day with my 6 year old daughter and best friend, we decided to treat ourselves to our nails and toes at Tracy’s nails and we were not disappointed. Tracy and Lily made us feel so welcomed went above and beyond, did a great job on my toes and my bestie loved her nails. Lily even went out of her way to make my 6 year old autistic daughter happy by doing her nails free of charge. Disappointed to say I won’t be going back as I live in Toronto but if ever in Niagara I will definitely be going and so should you. Thank you ladies.

I walked in, asked if they had time for a full set of acrylic. They ladies said yes. She rushed my whole set. As an employee if you don’t have time for a client don’t take them, especially if you know you will be there past close. If you take them you cannot be mad at the fact your working past close. I asked for a certain set of nails (picture shown) because I had a certain event the next day. My nails looked grown out when I left (pictures shown). All my nails are different lengths (pictures shown). Very dissatisfied with Tracy’s Nails, definitely not a good salon and they need more practice for prices they are charging. (These nails were $65)

I've been going to this location for years. And they always do an excellent job. This last time was the best service I have gotten there. Now please don't get me wrong when I say this... a young man did my pedicure and was very respectful. His colleague also a male did my husband's pedicure. They both quietly did their work, and the results were great. And...at no time was there that awkwardness of wondering if they were talking about us in their language. Will recommend this place always and return always.

People are super nice but the work is not the best. It would be good for someone who likes getting your main stream mani pedi but for the more details stuff isn’t great. I had to ask my nail tech to fix things multiple tomes, the shaping isn’t great and the design quality isn’t perfect. Over all 3/5 wouldn’t return as my style of nails are very long and intricate and I don’t think they can offer that for me.
