A good range of products at reasonable prices (often cheaper than Amazon, from my experience). However, the customer service could improve a little bit. As an example, I wanted to buy some more coffee filter papers, and there was a gap where they normally were. Having worked in retail for many years and - you know - a basic awareness of how shops work (!), I thought it was worth asking if they had any in their stock room, in case there was a delivery that hadn't been put out yet. My polite question was answered with a surly, "Well if we had any, they'd be out there, wouldn't they?". I appreciate people have bad days, but just thought it was a bit of a rude response to a reasonable question.

As a visitor to Frome, this was my first shop coming from the car park. An altogether wheelchair friendly shopping experience. Very accommodating staff. Plenty of homeware bargains as my wallet can confirm. Shop has two public entrances with a step in the middle. I was invited to leave without payment as long as I continued shopping in the other side. Possibly not an option to non wheelchair shoppers!

So great to have our friendly kitchen shop back! Brilliant find for pillows/duvets -especially at Sale time. Staff are helpful and stock is bang on to serve all ages. I've used it for decades and it gets better with age!
