I would like to review the garden restaurant. I had an incredible dining experience, thanks to the staff at this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the manager and staff , Akram in specific went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He was attentive and even made excellent recommendations that suited my taste perfectly. What truly stood out was his genuine enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile. And personalizing the service, or simply adding a warm and friendly touch to the evening, he made the entire experience memorable. Great food is important, but exceptional service elevates a meal-and Akram certainly did that. I'll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend requesting him if you want top-notch service!

A wonderful Iftar experience at the Garden restaurant! From the warm welcome of Mr Ahmed and his team, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The hospitality was exceptional—attentive, kind, and Ahmed always ensuring guests felt comfortable and well-served. The food a blend of tradition and quality, with a rich selection of flavorful dishes, fresh ingredients, and beautifully prepared specialties. Every bite reflected authenticity and care. The ambiance added to the charm with the oudh musician creating an inviting setting to break the fast with family and friends.

Very nice hotel! Really reasonable price for that place. Rooms are big and cozy, the food is diversified and tasty. There are many activities nearby, cafes, shops etc. My room has been cleaned every day, I have had fresh blankets and water every day. The service is on top. The best receptionist in the world is Abdo! Thank you, we had a great vacation in here.

Everything was beyond expectations, from the size and cleanliness of the room, the courtesy and kindness of the entire staff, the location of the hotel. Upon arrival, our reserved room was upgraded, without additional costs, and so we stayed in a one-bedroom suite, located on the corner of the 16th floor from the 21st, with a superb view of the main boulevard and the buildings up to the sky.|Towels and bedding are changed on request, 2 small bottles of water are renewed daily, as are the bathroom supplies. Wi-fi worked without problems in all areas of the hotel. The heated pool on the 21st floor is insane, along with the jacuzzi offers an unforgettable view at sunset, with sunbeds and towels available and pleasant ambient music.|Breakfast is one of the richest served by us, with all kinds of cold, hot, traditional cooked dishes, omelettes made on the spot upon request, juices, various types of coffee and various fruits. We had dinner included in our reservation and we made an excellent choice. Such a tasty meal, with dishes that were not repeated every day, and we will remember the Asian evening on Friday or the one prepared on the occasion of the Chinese New Year celebration for the rest of our lives.|All the hotel staff made us feel special, starting with the reception, chambermaids, all those who served in the restaurant and the cooks, the restaurant managers, the valets at the entrance, truly a 5* hotel!|I recommend this hotel and we will choose it again when we return to Abu Dhabi
